    Full Disclosure - I am a Real Estate broker in Texas with LystHouse, Inc.. I recently was a party to a transaction wherein I represented the buyer of a David Powers Home. The Sales Manager Thai, was incredible. There were a few questions about pricing, and David Powers, the owner, came and helped us work through everything himself. They were both focused on doing what was right for my client, in the most understanding, and accommodating way, something rarely seen in the industry. On top of that the finished product is WOW! Highly recommended!
